Secrets used by Wealthy Property Investors in 2020
This video takes you through all the steps that are needed to ensure that your property investments in the UK are exempt from UK taxes. No more tax on rental income, no more tax on profits when deals are sold!
One point to add is that we use 2 different structures at different stages – a QNUPS (Qualifying Non-UK Pension Scheme) and a SSAS (Small Self-Administered Pension Scheme). The QNUPS is where someone has cash and is starting as a property investor without another trade. The SSAS route works in the same way, except that the cash would be coming from a profitable UK business and as such would get corporate tax relief at (2020/21) 19% – so there is the added advantage of tax relief on the property deposits, which is better than for the QNUPS, which starts with personal money on which taxes have already been paid – such as lump sum inheritances, or the proceeds of sale from another business.
Our job is to assess which route works the best for your situation!
There is nothing stopping a wealthy entrepreneur from managing their affairs so that there are no UK taxes payable on their investments, even large property portfolios. But do you know HOW they do it? Well this video explains all the secrets – and we are happy to help should you also wish to properly structure your affairs like the experts!
Most Advisors, such as IFA’s and Accountants do not have the internal experts to assess a client’s FULL situation – and come up with the best overall strategy.
As I have worked in the tax planning field for over 30 years, I have personal access to experts in all taxes and can combine these experts into a unique service that really does go beyond what you’d get from your normal ‘Advisors’.
Every wealthy entrepreneur or property investor I have ever met had their own Accountant, Solicitor and Financial Advisor – yet in 90% of cases we were able to dramatically able to improve their overall exposure to UK taxes.
What is vital is the proper implementation – with care at every stage.
This is why we offer a FREE consultation – as it lets us explore the current situation before jumping in with ‘solutions’.
If you are interested in reducing your current and/or future income tax exposure, do not hesitate to call or email us now.
